The Grief Process

The grief process + forgiveness + self responsibility = POWER.

Self responsibility 1. No self blame, for either archetype or being. Self responsibility without self blame.

Self responsibility ll. Emotional self responsibility + political + anthropological + sociological + all contexts self responsibility. In other words, everything that resembles female slavery, chattelship or female being less than male or as happens most of all, not even existing in a male history world and a male world of male. Self responsibility means addressing all those things, without self blame. Not least, the world of High Serpent Female Priesthood GENOCIDE. Which is what this world is.

The grief process. Rage, rage, rage, rage and rage. And then pain, pain and pain. And grief, grief and grief.

And then it is done. Of either archetype.

The soul's drive of all beings, even the Draconians or Custodials - and who gives a fuck about them - is to love and be love. The ego is the sickness of the soul, from ALL lives on this earth that one has lived, right back to the beginning, the real beginning and then the false beginnings of the new earth.

Ego has to grieve to heal. Rage is grief. And then it is done.

The rage is that we are 'abandoned children' by our very existence on earth. Depending on all other circumstances, this is made worse or unbearable....and that is an understatement, not even worth going into here. The process however is the same. The abandoned child of existence is the act of being alive.

People deal with it in different ways. The Richard Dawkins group does what they do. If that gives you spiritual power and integrity of existence, good for you and my work is certainly not for you. Frankly, I am not even interested, because you have a whole world of shit to prop up your godless, (not Him but The Great Mother Universe GOD) uncompassionate and profoundly unimaginative sexless selves and you have all the confidence in the world. Good for you and fuck off. Let's not even talk about where your ethos comes from. It comes from the bleakest void of evil in existence in The Universe. You, who would call me Satan. Fuck off. You have no problems with either self belief or power. My healing is not for you.

There are many groups of course that my healing is not for and I politely tell you all to fuck off too. I can't help you (yet). You will listen in ten lifetimes. Take from it what you can. You are more than welcome.

But if you search for something more, and you can't rest until you find it, maybe I can help. You need spiritual power and that is the psychological healing of the ego. And nothing less.

First Existence to Second Existence.

And that takes self responsibility and grief.

The alchemical transformation of the sickness of the soul into health, wealth and power. Of the being. You.

Power 

Self alchemy + transforming the self + self actualisation (SPIRITUAL POWER IS THE HEALED PSYCHE) + the ability to create and be creative + kudos, recognition and influence + material wealth from trading who one is and what one does.

I have the first two. You have the last three. And the yous like me have the ability to attain the first two first or indeed, already have!

In other words, they are all the same as each other and equally powerful. This is the context of the fact that journey one is complete for both archetypes, anyone who can relate to that analysis.

Cinderella Monarch, or Prince/Princess, we seek the same four powers. As is our human right. All of us.

Self mastery + thriving in the world.

And it all takes grief, whichever way round one does it. For real. And most certainly even in superego. Self mastery is the ability to tame/parent/guide/master the 'ego', ego or superego. Ego is the ability to do fuck all. It runs you.

Self mastery + thriving in the world.

Political beyond anyone's wildest imagination, as my work so far has shown. But simple psycho - analysis first and last. Shift the ego. Grieve. Let it go. Love. Ascend. Accept. And love yourself most of all. Be love. Forgive yourself. Be love. Love yourself. Love. Be alone. The more you love, the more you need to be alone. The more you love, the more you need to love. Shift that co-dependency. That is the daily grief of life. Master that and you master life. Master that and you master yourself. And that takes grief. It's allowed. We are all children of The Universe. We are allowed to be weak. So we become truly, strong. Strong, loving, greatness. Individuated. And no longer frauds. Ego to soul. Available to all.

There are two levels of existence in life. One is called ego and one is called soul. One is 'normal' and automatic and the other the most elusive but attainable thing on earth. Self knowledge through gruelling and deeply satisfying but hair raising humility, self criticism (therapy, clearing the past, re-educating oneself) and ultimately self love. Always know what level of existence stands before you. In the mirror and in other people too. Then you are winning.

Ascension and Feeding The Vampire Race

Ascension :: The most important thing to remember is this. The Draconian/Custodial agenda, 'The Matrix' that is this planet was made not just for slavery, but for a particular kind of slavery. Energy. The Draconians/Custodials feed off negative energy. This is why the story of vampire exists first of all and second, why this is a planet of hate, envy, misogyny, misogyny  and misogyny, racism, homophobia, poverty, poverty and povery, extreme cruelty and war, war and war. Consciousness is about raising the vibration of the self, so that the negative self, the wounded and cruel ego (of both archetypes in their different ways) can stop feeding the vampire race. The Draconians/Custodials.

This is why consciousness is the most invisible form of ignorance on earth. You raise the consciousness of a person into love, you raise the consciousness of a MAN into non misogyny, non belief in a male god, non belief in all things cruel and so called testosterone led, etc, and you stop the feeding of the vampire race.

Consciousness is politics first and last. The ego is the wounding of thousands of years of specifically implemented Draconian/Custodial harm, supremacy tactics, divide and rule tactics and all the normal war strategies for a dictator nation.

You raise that consciousness, so that you change the matter of your being alchemically, and the Draconians/Custodials can no longer touch you and keep you an 'energy slave' to feed their hate.

This is is not personal. This is not about changing for another person. Even though it should be, as that is always the inspiration. It is not just holding onto either co-dependency or slavery or misogyny or envy or revenge or hate or hesitation about love for the sake of it. It is about killing the ego.

The ego belongs to them and feeds them and works for them. The soul, the part of you, of all of us that calls out and does not leave us alone, is the light and the truth of your being.

In other words, this is why politics by itself does nothing. No good even being a humanitarian or fighting a good cause, if you are still wounded inside, or indeed misogynistic, co-dependent or nostalgic in any way for 'the traditional way'. This is all feeding of the vampire race. The most extraordinary and true and fantastical and true hijacking of the self in The Universe.

Earth is held fast by a vampire race that holds you by your ego of hate and wounding and terrible beliefs of either co-dependency, misogyny, male supremacy and so on.

Not just feminism. Saving your wonderful soul.

Saving your soul. So you no longer, unconsciously, feed the Draconian agenda.

They cannot survive on their own. They need human hate to feed them.

Do not feed them. Feed your soul.

Become love. Love women. And eject the vampire race.

That is true consciousness. About as political as it can get.

And truly in each of our hands.

Ascension and Final Compatibility 

In the journey then, the truth of the truth is also found. Final compatibility between any two people is the levels of consciousness between them. Who is at what level and do the levels match?

In the Patriarchal Draconian instilled agenda, this means sharing power. Can a Lemurian share power with an Atlantean? Can a man share power with a woman? Only if the consciousness levels match and only if both people are committed to individual growth as the most important thing in life. Not material growth. That is a natural consequence of real inner growth. But inner, emotional, alchemical, psyche growth.

I have been on a gargantuan journey to find that out. The Twin Soul as was is not compatible. The Ascension Twin Flame at this particular time of earth, this magical time of leaving the past behind the past ways behind, is.

This is the generic agony for most people. And is as much to do with Maternal Solicitude as it is to do with Patriarchal Abuse. The first husbands, the first wives, the first families, the first everything, even though that took years in itself to be the first.

Ascension is clearing the path of all those who are incompatible on a CONSCIOUSNESS level. And consciousness is obviously about ability as much as it is about education and skill and as much about one's inner drive for emotional genius as it is for the will to love the other.

And paradoxically, it has nothing to do with 'love'.

Those of us at the top of the consciousness table, let's just say, feel guilt and responsibility most of our lives, because we can't bring everyone else alone. Those of us at the top of the consciousness table are held fast by responsibilities that should not be ours at the expense of abuse, because of the misalignment of consciousness levels. And so on.

The clearing can only be done by clearing. By clearing the paths to consciousness uber genius in ourselves, risking all in the face of others on their lower levels of consciousness (spiritual intelligence = love ability and the ability to love and real intelligence). And this applies to both Atlanteans and Lemurians. Ascension is our generic right.

The supreme divine connections in life then, whether it is with a parent who one finally connects with in glory and greatness or whether it is with the Ascension Twin Flame, where moral leadership is actually allowed to lie in the hands of the moral leader (SHE), or whether it is about finding those special soul mates that one can work with, be with, be friends with and the like, come long after the clearing journey. And the clearing is still being done. At this point the cynicism and lack of trust and weariness of 'is all there is?' is overwhelming.

And then comes the light. The revelations of difference. The ability to see who is who. And who is not who is not.

It is consciousness that defines affinity and merging. And nothing else.

Consciousness is the gift. Consciousness is the language. Consciousness is the hierachy of real intelligence on earth.

A hierarchy (sometimes abbreviated HR) can link entities either directly or indirectly, and either vertically or diagonally. The only direct links in a hierarchy, insofar as they are hierarchical, are to one's immediate superior or to one of one's subordinates, although a system that is largely hierarchical can also incorporate alternative hierarchies. Indirect hierarchical links can extend "vertically" upwards or downwards via multiple links in the same direction, following a path. All parts of the hierarchy which are not linked vertically to one another nevertheless can be "horizontally" linked through a path by traveling up the hierarchy to find a common direct or indirect superior, and then down again. This is akin to two co-workers or colleagues; each reports to a common superior, but they have the same relative amount of authority. The Ascension Twin Flame. At last, whatever the journey to 'healing' or reform of the Lemurian Patriarchal/Draconian soul, at last, the language is being spoken and understood and alchemised into the alchemy of one's being.

Consciousness is the real intelligence of this world. Like anything, away from the skill base, which is still defunct on earth, as my society and the society of people such as me, is still barren, hidden and vilified, we are gifted to various levels. And in that, we have the right and responsibility to find those we are aligned to.

We also, paradoxically then find real acceptance about everyone else. It's not their fault and it most certainly bloody well isn't ours.

That is the certainty of a true alchemical warrior of emotional growth and being.

We have a duty to align to those we are truly aligned to. That is the Love Ascension purpose of this cesspool of a planet. And at last, something to celebrate. This has been about reclaiming The Lost Knowledge.

This is about 'knowing' when it is finally safe and right to love again.

Honesty and getting it all out there is the key to love partnership. You can't do that with anyone who is not in the courage of the consciousness growth. That is love genius.

You also can't do that with anyone other than the High Priestess/High Priest archetype. That is our thing. The world denies us that. A real partner does not.

He (she) knows that he (she) is the luckiest person in the world. With his (her) very own psycho analytical genius of spiritual and emotional leadership. Someone cleansing anyone of fascism and slavery is not abusing power. This is leadership of the most glorious kind. The leadership of the human psyche.

The leadership of The Temple. And only for the pure of heart to see.

A pretender can't even see it. They can only try, fail and pretend. And hold onto you like a vampire. And hate you the whole time, despite themselves.

They will have to wait 'til some next life.

Become who you were born to be. Know who you are and who you are not. And then know who you are now.

This is certainty.

This is to become soul, as ex slave or ex slaver.

This is surrender.

This is Ascension.

This is true love.

This is love.

'Back in the Shire (Tolkein) + The Ascension Conundrum 

So much pain and for so little purpose in the end. No one wins on earth. We can only find our true selves. It's all we have, if we are lucky.

We spend lifetimes presumably in illusion, sickness and apparent joy and probably total lack of compassion, 'Executioner' or 'Vulnerable', and then the wisdom journey beckons. The journey that has waited eons to arrive. And it's forever. It never ends. And it's name is pain.

And that is the meaning of life. Fuck it up forever, as you are meant to and then you pay. For a whole life.

And that is called wisdom, renunciation, isolation, disenfranchisement, emptiness, loneliness and nothing.

The high life. The one we work for. True spirituality. No rituals needed. Just, pain.

Acceptance is the only thing that sets one free. Acceptance and time, time, time and time. For more pain.

Happiness only comes after conscious disappointment. And frankly, that could last forever too.

'What we do in life, echoes in eternity' (Ridley Scott's Gladiator).

It's all one big prison. And like all life sentences, you find what you can do and you find one thing that can give you joy and therefore the will to live. And you stick to it. It's all you have.

That, and acceptance. Acceptance of pain frees the mind and heart. And then within that can be gratitude.

Life is a disappointment. Lack of compassion and all its fascisms and slaveries and sicknesses and co-dependencies and enslavements and hatreds and violences and resentments and depressions and so on....the woman hating, the rampant selfishnesses, the angry greed, the subjugation of other human beings, the callousness of the so called human heart, the rages, the escapisms...they are the projection of the fact that we don't want to face the disappointment and is it surprising?

Basically, no one wins on earth. How could we?

And then the choice is made. Either one keeps going or stops. By this time, the keep going muscles are the strongest of all. The Draconians/Custodials must not win.

Nothing to work for anymore really, but fortunately, a huge amount to do. And a tiny bit of joy experienced with others every so often.

And acceptance that earth truly is a prison. To keep going is the final victory. And the only one a prisoner can get. Anyone who is alive. Even the Draconians/Custodials do not win.

No wonder we remain stuck in the sickness of illusion, for sure.

The wisdom life is the life of Ascension. Consciously feeling every single piece of shit that is life. And surviving it and within that, creating and contributing, and therefore coming as near to 'thriving' as one can.

That's the only win that actually exists. The rest is all pretence. Because the truth is too devastating to feel.

Survive that and you 'win'.

No one on earth wins.

This is the saving of one's soul.

This is the truth of a true life.

The Meaning of Life, Updated 

The meaning of life is one thing therefore. Loneliness. The wish to be alone is never granted. That would be too kind. The wish to never be lonely, never is. Life is lonely. We project lifetimes of rubbish, to avoid that truth. Nothing is worth it and nothing ever was. Loneliness is still the biggest and most overriding factor. And we have no education to train us to cope. We have a relentless and stupid machine of 'be happy' instead. And don't you dare say you are not. That is the so called progressive life. That's bullshit too.

Yes, chase your 'dreams'. Yes, work on your goals. But never ever forget. Co-dependency is not a sickness that will ever become well. Because long after being well, long after getting rid of every cruel person that one is destined to be involved with, long after the bullying has been shoved back down their own throats, long after ascending into soul, loneliness just becomes bigger and bigger.

Work is a drug like any other. And the most constructive form of escapism there is. Escapism it is nonetheless even if you are dystopian like me. It is still the only drug worth healing into. Even if you don't see the rewards for another gargantuan journey through another hell.

Who cares. To be conscious means you can be in a study or office instead of down the road in a crack den.

And that is all the journey was for. To heal the sicknesses of the soul so you are not one of the lost and downtrodden and shoved to the bottom of society, because you can't cope with being bullied in an empty cruel, stupid, meaningless, void of a hell world. Chattel is just another form of slavery and coercion to not exist. They are all the same. And all end the same way. Death or healing. For nothing.

It's not just 'lonely at the top'. Which it most certainly is. It is just lonely to be born. Life is loneliness. And nothing else.

Then, one can finally see out this vast shit of an existence.

Only, to save one's soul.

Be yourself. It's all you have. And it's great. It's the only greatness on this earth. Everything else is a lie.

Born to be poor. Born to be in continuous danger. Born to be cold. Born to be in pain. Born to be lonely, hated, unwanted and never understood or humanised by anyone. Born to be a Goddess in a world of profane Goddess killing beings. Born to be hated by the mob. Born indeed, to hate the mob and have nothing in common with the mob, while being forced to live alongside it. The rich mob as well as the poor. Born female in a male world of hate, neglect, rape and greed. Born chattel to educated men and women. Born Atlantean on a Lemurian earth. Born to spend fifty years fighting for my right to be, let alone anything else.

But born to be brilliant. Of heart, of mind, of soul and of the supermind.

Ain't no one taking that away from me. And none of it will ever stop growing.

And that is the only win.

Other than the fact that no woman or man on this earth has ever destroyed me with their sickness of cruelty and fascism and need. Not one. And I have known many many people.

Constructive nihilism. The path to the future.

The only path there is.

And the rest is a 'fuck you' to life, and frankly, the vast majority of the 'human' race.

Those two things bore me stupid. They always did.

Done. Loneliness. The meaning of life.

Pain and brilliance.

And loneliness and a life of lack.

At least I got something.

Alchemy that leads nowhere.

Was it worth it?

I cannot be manipulated or bullied or controlled or 'loved' by any stupid mothafucka of a cruel 'human' being. I cannot be held fast by the boredom of anyone talking shit at or over me, because I am too polite or kind to say 'shut up, I don't want to hear it'. I have no residue, total lack of self belief or self worth for one second, anymore. I know who I am. I know who The Universe is. And who it most certainly is not. I know why earth is a planet of slavery and above all, female slavery. And I know it has everything to do with 'God' because that ain't GOD. I know The Great Mother Universe. I have my ultimate companion. She truly exists. And so does he, the new man who actually can (I choose to believe) make it out of his sicknesses of misogyny and rage. While I come to terms with the fact that men are actually truly 'only good for one thing'. I accept the profound loneliness of true relationship. And that he is slower than me. His ascension/healing from dependency/love dependency/acceptance of female power and glory/renunciation of female slavery, whatever it is, comes later. Morality or self responsibility of any kind are new to the male/Lemurian species. And maybe he is 'good' for more, but I have no idea what that could be because I have no problem whatsoever in saying that so far, there is not too much going on and what is true companionship between two people in love anyway? Ain't got a fucking clue. Other than the (fuckless) fucking. I've only seen fascism. I've only seen co-dependency. I've never seen relationship. No place for hope of anything more yet, but sure, we grow together. And it gives some joy for sure. I just know that loneliness has to be embraced now. And the now is the only thing I am interested in. Pursuing what can only be 'dreams' now is risky business. You have to be dissatisfied with what you have and I have spent too long in that place. I am done. What comes, comes. Mine is the renunciation life of 'Siddharta' all over again. I have not even come down from the last mountain and the biggest new one has begun. I've just lived Alice Walker's 'The Color Purple' and now I am supposed to hope all over again. I don't hope. I work on things now. Hope is a luxury for the illusioned. And of course, no holidays for ex chattel revolutionary geniuses. I've been in the trenches for 43 years. The now is all that counts from now on. The art. The detail of the now and that means the dystopian truth of 'failure'. For wisdom and growth and transcension and more ascension. There is no failure for the questor. Evil is the failure. But you still lose. You also still win. They don't destroy you. You get rid of them.

One beauty is that I have reconciled with my own true, glorious, now healed, mother. As indeed, I have healed again, with The Great Mother Universe, as of course, I felt forsaken, in 'Tartarus' where the last man put me and kept me as his secret whore for five years. Under the guise of love. And I thought he was a Sacred Pimp. To my Sacred Whore. And having seen the generic truth of the worst, I see that the men in my birth family are not too bad either. For men. Healed or not. Live and let live. It no longer affects me. I know the truth. You clear the underbelly of a cruelty madness of fascism, the truth of the word 'misogyny' - hatred of women - and it can no longer control you. This is political consciousness. This is prophet work on earth. We are all sick and lonely. Self protection is the name of the game. Especially, especially, especially for those of us who are healers. Unfortunately, we are the ones who hate loneliness the most. That is most certainly our conundrum. We are lonely for an ugly people. Wisdom is to find that out at last. I know who I am. I know the whole fucking planet is sick. And I am no longer one of them. I healed. I ascended. And my physical deformities are being successfully rehabilitated out of the curse of all that is this profane planet from hell. And now, come the years of coming to terms with all that I have been and done and how I am still lonely, for ugly people. I changed. I ascended. Nothing else did. And there is a lot of pain to clear, forever, from a life of chattel slavery and cruel, stupid, inhumane 'people'.

So, was it worth it?

Yes.

Let's just leave it at that.

The new therapy, and creation of a life (maybe) worth living, begins.

But first, the trauma has to be felt.

The right to heal. It takes guts.

The men were good for desire during the years and years when women either swamped me with their puritanical fear or with their 'ugly step-sister' bullying of jealousy, attempts to control and presumably, their immense self hatred. That's when I thought men were actually my friends. When they taught me I was beautiful, because the women hated me.

Men are not my friends. Because as it turns out, all they can do is desire and that, only long distance. I had no idea that that was men. But it is. They do desire and nothing else and women do puritanical or jealous and nothing else.

The two mediocrities of the human race.

I searched for something more.

Never found it. But I most certainly became it. And within that I remain an Alchemist. And apparently, extremely rare.

So be it. A life of one. For one, by one, with one. One. The true equation then in life.

I thought I was being really clever when I rejected the 2.4 couple thing, the reproductive, bourgeois marriage of business and convenience. The Tribe serving marriage. But I had no idea that the only other thing on the menu was basically the equivalent of being locked in an Amsterdam type glass cage. Men do not have relationships with women they desire. Their fascism is too important to them. They find women they can control. Women who if they can't control them, will mother them, forward their careers, bear their children, that sort of thing. I don't get the language and I feel proud of that.

I don't understand a word of it and I am glad.

Svengali idiots the whole lot of them. Or, they apparently do not seem to care at all.

Whatever. Life is a life of one. Anything else is a filthy lie. A lie, specifically, to destroy women like me.

You didn't succeed.

You live the empty lives. I am living with me.

But thanks for the desire. It made life a bit more interesting.

And just as with Herman Hesse's Siddharta, desire was an important part of his learning.

It was just a phase.

'The Color Purple' life is over.

It's clear that no one else wants her.

She is done.

The 'two solitudes' and the return of Alchemy 

So, after the grief is felt and the rage alchemised, the truth is back.

Alchemy to do with another person (like attracts like) is not true. The gender abuse politics of this world has made sure of that. The use of Alchemy though is our only passport to peace again and indeed, power.

In other words, use the Alchemy that we have become, to keep growing in that area, long after we have grown.

For a woman, that is reversing 'learned helplessness' and any will to union with another. For now, until a different time. 'Two solitudes' indeed.

This is the journey I have been on for 20 years. Now, it begins again. This time there is no learning. Other than the truth that we can never get too much learning for anything. This time it is just the loneliness of someone who has won against herself to extraordinary levels and through terrible pain and hardship, but still gets nothing for it.

Van Gogh, Marilyn Monroe, Sylvia Plath, Paula Yates and so many others died for this same reason, long before they had done any learnings and perhaps in the middle of their learnings too.

But the journey is clearly endless and as I say, has to be healed with grief, grief, grief and grief. And rage at such a terrible albatross of a legacy about being involved with men, that they take triple the time to even come to terms with who they are. Let alone the fact that if it is a new man, he has to begin it all over again. This is valid grief, but like any rage, it has to be felt and then released. So that the world doesn't win and so that there is no premature death or indeed 'living death'.

In other words, the path for a person of light is excruciating. First, the truly agonising journey of actually creating the miracle of getting rid of all dependencies, a journey I am looking at in relation to teaching and I am feeling overwhelmed, just looking back on the ridiculous levels of pain, abuse and loneliness and the magnificence of my self disciplines and the self disciplines that any woman or person of light has to force into herself or himself to even heal and then the profound shock that it is never enough to reach the goal of union or end the loneliness for one second. Anti climax does not even begin to describe it. And all because fate brought a Svengali (love, aside) after the years of nothing, just as fate has taken away the Svengali and leaves almost nothing again, because now it is a new person.

Long, long, long after dependencies of any kind have been eradicated, alchemically, from the body, from the residue of the soul's ego, the same learnings continue for another long journey it seems.

Female and light person heroism does not even begin to describe it. Do or die. That's it and that is how strong we are. This is not an easy learning programme being created. Do or die is the only mantra we can live with.

In other words, there is Ascension for the ordinaries. Lemurians. And then there is Ascension for the person of light. This is not Ascension. This is Uber Ascension. And not for the faint hearted. And it goes on and on and on and on and on and on. Alone. And by this time, with men as the last frontier that was, all other co-dependencies have been so long gone, one doesn't even remember. But still, no harvest for the soul. The journey begins all over again. Do or die. That is the only choice.

Constructive nihilism. Feel the grief. You so have the right. And then do it. Or die. And don't ever at this point, fall into the temptation to blame yourself or think, oh right, I'm still learned helpless, I've still got to do this or that. As spiritually advanced moral beings, we are the first to do this while the rest of the world is the last to do it. Wrong. At this point, you will know if you speak your truth or not. You will know, by how healed you are. And how 'unfair' the world is. What an understatement. We get punished for being fast. And that's that. The world is ordinary. Including, with due respect, our men. We have real greatness. Don't ever forget that.

For the men/Lemurians, it is more straightforward. They remain in their co-dependencies, they have the money to have a staff of hundreds around them if they want, they have their wives, their sisters, their mothers, their substitute mothers, their friends, the whole world to support them, because they are men and Lemurians. They have their holidays, their pampered lives, their this, their that, their incomparable luxuries. They have a pampered path to heal their evil of being, because the world is that unfair. Feel that rage about it and let it go. It's useless. And nothing will ever change and not one of them will help or love before their time. They are not in the position of feeling, until they heal. And they give absolutely nothing, until their purification. Ascension is purification ultimately and theirs only BEGINS when they meet a woman. It only BEGINS. Ours begins because we cannot cope with life. They can. It's their world with their language and their values. They only BEGIN purification when they meet a woman. That is how lonely we are. Do or die.

And in the 'Sophia' journey that men ultimately make, they are of course, always with a first family. If a woman truly wants to share love, she has to wait for at least two thirds of her life. That, we did not know. We can waste our time as we have for lifetimes, 'trying to make it work'. Or we just give up and finally accept the real truth. Real women are alone for three quarters of their life. If they want more than a business marriage and babies.

Love or True Love - same thing - is not only rare, it is unseen as of yet on this earth. Other than in the tiniest handful, or fingerful, rather, of people. The rest just wait. Forever.

The struggle of men and Lemurians is to master their sexuality. Their struggle is to master everything actually, but the sexuality is the core of the issue. It is with everyone. Purification is ascension. 'Raising the chakras'. Shifting the energy centres UP. We all begin stupid, silly and out of control. This is what religion calls lust. That is a stupid definition too. But it is most certainly, being CONTROLLED by our sexuality, as opposed to the true way which is that WE control our own sexuality. It is most certainly desire without love, as in the dehumanisation or paradoxically, the worshipping of another, instead of seeing them as a human being too. In real purification - not the empty religious kind, or indeed the puritanical, pseudo non religious society kind - we have mastery over it. We can all end up spiritually intelligent. Real spiritual intelligence masters the body. Real spiritual intelligence is mastery.

Thought = emotions. Change the emotional state and you change your being. The mind has to be re-programmed, level by level by level and that is actually purification of the soul's ego. If you are advanced enough, you eject 'the mortal husk'. Any level of re-programming on an alchemical level will change you and change you for the better. To say the least.

One of my first teachers Christopher Howard put it very very well for me, nine, ten years ago, when my transformation began. He tells the story of a boxer who went to him for a consultation. He told him that he was carrying extra weight and that nothing he could do would shift it. Christopher Howard got to the essence of the matter and found out that the boxer was putting on weight to stop attracting women, because he had an 'outside relationship/marriage' adulterous problem. So he was self medicating by putting on weight but he couldn't control it for his fights. His career was suffering because he couldn't control his sexuality, let's just say. In women that's called love dependency by the way. In men it's called nature. It's still love dependency. Sexual love dependency is all love dependency. Women aren't supposed to like sex. So it's called love dependency.

Christopher Howard's teaching was that instead of self medicating, he could shift the desire up his chakras, his energy centres in the ethereal body. Instead of sex, he could turn it into a sexual love but a higher sexual love. Just love.

That changed my mindset forever. Just listening to the way he put it and applying it to my own heart and mind and soul. And indeed, loins.

From that day, I was never mastered by my sexuality again. My desire was finally in check. And the reaction from others, was remarkable. I will be covering all these things in my coming work.

So, complete and neglect led solitude forever for women and purification as a very late beginning for pampered, cruel, Lolita mad men. And they say convergence is possible. Sure, whatever. Why not.

Do or die. The only choice for an Atlantean. Forever and forever and forever. Until. If one believes. Until nothing, if one doesn't believe. Do or die can never be avoided and the choice will never change. That is our lot on this pile of shit called earth. Face that truth and survive. And allow yourself to feel pain. You so deserve it.

One more thing. For men and Lemurians in particular. If the change doesn't cause pain, it's not change. It's just an idea. That's great. It's also timewasting and useless and I have five years of abuse in 'relationship' to prove it. Despite his sincerity, he changed nothing. The change has to cause pain. Otherwise, you ain't doing nothing at all.

A real intellectual is the mind, heart and intuition in action at the same time. A Noetic is a spiritual intellectual. An Alchemist is a successful self transformer and self actualiser and self re-programmer, Noetic or not. The transformation has to be viscerally and wholly complete. And that takes pain. It takes commitment and it takes facing yourself. And nothing less.

Those of us who continue to raise our vibration are moving away from the realm where we can be energetically attacked. Because of this, the Draco/Reptilian Archontic agenda has ramped up to affect those around us. This ploy is designed to attempt to lower our vibration through interpersonal contact with those that we have contact with.

To get to a place where you can no longer be triggered by negativity and Archontic programming, it takes a lot of grounding and centering through connecting with your higher self within, as well as communing with Source. It takes declaring your sovereignty and being aware of situations that opened you up to the gremlins. Keeping a hard core golden aura barrier in tact is a guaranteed method of protecting yourself and keeping the door locked to influence.

However, as we do this, we also increase our light quotient and set off the monitoring alarms for the negative beings who are keeping track of the light quotient. The focus now turns to trying to diminish your light so that the overall minimum required light quotient that we are holding will be affected in the collective human consciousness.

It is obvious to me that the Archontic forces are desperate. I am recovering from an attack that I never thought would occur to me personally, and I feel the need to share this with you in case you are noticing this in your reality as well.

For those who are not awake and aware and are not in control of their own body, thoughts, and actions, they have become prime targets for the puppet masters to act through their bodies in order to affect those who can no longer be triggered. In the last two weeks my son, a worker who was painting my house, and my disabled sister were all bombarded with negative and sadistic energies and were turned against me in order to try diminish my light. Each attack was so unbelievable that I found myself in shock from the brazen demonic desperation to take me down.

One of these people was actually awakening and knew he had been triggered all his life, and was seeking help from me on how to defend himself. All it takes is a siesta from your awareness through alcohol or drugs to open the door to be taken over, which is what happened in this case as his consciousness left his body and the Draconians stepped in.

During the attacks, I had to expel an amount of energy that any normal human would not be able to keep inside. Feelings of anger and hurt flowed through me and I probably reacted more on the negative side than I should have. However, I learned so much from this and I could never have held those feelings inside of me. I had to allow them to flow through me and transmute them into balanced energy.

As I was recovering and powering up my supply of light within, I also had inner guidance that reminded me to retract all of the negative thoughts and emotions that I had created while my loved ones were being triggered. I made a declaration outloud to retract all of the negative energy I created from these incidents. Then I was reminded to go all the way back in this lifetime and then to every lifetime my oversoul has had! I used this magnificent body of mine to pull all of this negativity into my heart center and transmuted it while in the shower, with the amplification of my intent flowing through the water. I had communed with Mother Nature through the water and had asked for my higher guidance to help me draw these energies back to me and allow them to flow without sticking to me.

Although I have a wonderful team of protection around me and I have declared my sovereign free-willed power, the people that they are attacking had allowed them in unconsciously through their willingness and/or incapacity to defend themselves. This really pissed me off because although my family has enough protection to keep them from being seriously harmed, they cannot stop the attacks if their free will opens the door. Also, as I mentioned, they can gang up on them and over power them.

I made a declaration out loud that they had screwed with the wrong person when they decided to go to my close family and various people in my life. I asked the Universe to take those who have proven that they had no chance of rehabilitation to Source to be reconstituted back to another form of energy so that they can no longer harm anyone. I was delighted to later read Serena Woods’ version of this as posted HERE in howtoexitthematrix.com. This was my confirmation that other people had been through similar situations. It also seems that Mercury in retrograde helped to allow for these incidents to have the ability to manifest.

Finally, the last thing I had to do for now is to remove my friends and loved ones temporarily from my life. It was a very hard thing to do, but cutting all ties will protect them from being triggered and the negative forces will move away from them. I have come to realize that it is my energy they want, triggered through people that I care about. So far it has worked and the only way for me to get through this is to be the observer and to know that one day my friends and family will see why I had to leave them.

The tricksters still take every opportunity to screw with any person (besides Gregg) that I come into contact with. This includes hotel clerks, grocery clerks, people driving in cars, construction workers, TSA airport security, door to door salesmen, and the list goes on and on. The way I deal with this is to laugh my way through it. Eventually by raising the vibration of the situation in the here and now, the tricksters get defeated and move on. It is really great having Gregg as a witness to these situations because he understands what is happening and keeps from getting triggered as well.

As a side note, I also take Himalayan sea salt and baking soda baths in order to keep my energy cleared and balanced, and Gregg is really good at smudging the house and our bodies by burning sage. Any method you prefer to use that keeps you protected and allows you to concentrate on raising your vibration is important during and after such attacks. I cannot stress enough communing with nature as a way to center and ground yourself.

The bottom line is that the negative forces that are trapped here with us are trying to bring us down. This is the last showdown and those of us that are shining our lights on the shadows are bringing attention to ourselves but cannot be interfered with as long as we stay conscious and aware of what they are trying to do. Staying grounded and working hard to keep your vibration raised and your energy field cleared are imperative in getting through these attacks. Sending love and forgiveness to those who have been used against you in an attack is important because most of the time they do not realize what has happened, and in some cases their memory is wiped of the whole event. It truly is amazing to watch this last battle unfold, but we are winning this war on consciousness and the evidence is in the desperation and failing attempts of energy vampirism cloaked in ridiculousness.

No Short Cuts For Ascension

There are no short cuts on the path of Ascension. Repetition is the key. Illusion and the self deception of the ego has to be met again and again and again. Re-programming the mind frees the heart frees the soul frees you. Re-programming takes 'facing yourself'. Facing yourself is the end of illusion and takes grief, education and more education and the process of repetition. And then grief. There are no short cuts. The whole path has to be taken. And completed. Ascension is purifying the ego. Re-programming it from one state (or a thousand states in one) to another. Ejecting the old ego. Allowing the new. There are no short cuts. Method, process and repetition. And each layer is as devastating as the last. Take the path but complete it. There are no short cuts to Ascension.

The Individual Life

No more will to life. I intend to live in my own world now. And communicate from that world. I reject life. I intend me. Individuation to its nth degree. All the way. Life is never to be grieved again. It clearly was never worth it. Individuation is the new era. Complete aloneness and then communication from it. A late start in life indeed. But nothing will ever stop me. Shaman, for real. Ex chattel, revolutionary, for real.

The new coercions of oppression in true life. Isolation to make someone disappear. A thousand obstacles a minute to make someone stop. It will never happen to me. Fuck you world. I'm still here. And I'm coming for you. You'd better run. I'll squash you in a second.

Ascension Update 

We can all heal in this life. Whether we chose to become bullies ourselves to fight the bullies or whether we became silent to beat the bullies the only way we knew how, we all have to heal and we all can. And no one needs to heal more than a healer herself or himself. Atlantean or Lemurian. We all end up wounded out of our souls. So that we become various versions of all that is Dracula.

We can all re-enter those souls and ascend out of the damaged, self medicating, ignorant, wayward and dangerous ego of pain, projection and hate matter. The greater the warrior, the greater the ego in its size, complexity and intelligence. The greater the potential warrior, the greater the warlord of hate. Never underestimate the emotional intelligence, paradoxically, of the ego. It matches the soul. But is stupid, even though it's not its fault. Ascension is the greatest battle on earth. With you.

The ego issues. Fear, selfishness, conditional love, judgement, shallowness, conformity and all the rest. It may be the normal world. That's how sick the normal world is. The ego issues run the whole planet. Because no healing has occurred for 12000 years. Misogyny is just one of those. So is any rage, hate or lack of compassion. It's a process with each layer discarded each time. But we are healing.

Ascension is real. The protagonist journey of mental and spiritual and emotional health. For both Atlanteans and Lemurians. Different journey entirely, but then, completely the same. I did it. So can you.

The inner journey complete. Paradise on earth.

Unconditional love. As unconditional love. Soaring as soul. Pure of heart. Cleansed. Courageous. Super-intelligent. Compassionate. Egalitarian. Pure. Reborn.

And a complete WARRIOR of light.

True love or love of any kind between men and women is a visionary miracle that will never happen. Good and evil will never merge. Earth is a barren planet of pain. And one that we have to all work very hard to evolve from. So the men can be left behind on their own. They like staying evil. They can have it. We deserve so much more and for that we all have to ascend and ascend, so that we can finally truly leave.

Earth is for the evil. Let's make sure they are the only ones left on it.

Feminism is not feminism. Feminism is anti slavery. They call us control freaks and that has to be watched. However, in the context of the truth, it is a ridiculous statement. It is the oppressor, calling the courageous campaigner for freedom and equality, the terrorist.

Feminism is not 'man hating'. Feminism is not feminism. Feminism is the movement against slavery. Humanitarianism is the same. Slavery must not exist in any form on earth. Slavery is everywhere.

From unpaid work in marriage to unpaid work in the family, to minimum wage in the market to a hundred other arenas, slavery is the way of earth.

Feminism and humanitarianism are the movements against it. Slavery is fascism. Fascism is everywhere. We just don't know it. They made sure that we don't know it. Now we do. And we will forever.

Humanity then is this. There are two peoples on earth. Well, three, but the third is an exaggeration of one of the two peoples. The purest evil. The two peoples on earth are afflicted with the same thing. A belief in slavery.

There are two emotions and states of being on this earth. To either believe in slavery or to believe in love.

These inherent, emotionally entrenched and soul sickness beliefs are man made. Totally, MAN made. A belief in slavery which came, debatably from the third group. The pure evil. In fact, let's not use the word, pure, let's use the word complete.

The third group, the complete evil, brought slavery to earth. The two groups, the executioners and the vulnerables are both afflicted with the same thing and the journey to leave that - if you can and if you want to and if it is your time on earth to do just that, which you will not find out until you give it a try - is the journey to alchemise the self into a new self, Second Existence, Soul.

To heal the soul's sickness, the ego, out of slavery, either as an enforcer bastard or bitch, or as a slave who is enslaved against her or his will and from birth, is the greatest healing and evolutionary journey you will ever make on this fucked up planet. A planet of slavery.

Those who do not make it basically do not believe in love over slavery. Those who do, do. Simple as.

Change takes motivation. If you unconsciously want to remain a slave, there can be no judgement. To leave the mentality of 'mental slavery' is gigantic. And the Odyssey that I have made and many before me and many to come after me too, if I can do anything about it. To leave the mentality of slaver is gigantic too.

And only for the pure of heart. Alchemy is easy. Motivation and the stamina and the intelligence to find the education to eject the sick ego are the issues. Especially as this is The Lost Knowledge on earth, deliberately implemented by the complete evil.

Slavery or love. The two choices on earth. And whichever one that's left on the table, it is up to that individual to come to terms with what their choice is and what indeed, their soul choice for this lifetime is. Love or slavery. You cannot have both.

The New Life

Relationship is a misnomer, because there are no companions to do relationship with. The worst thing about men is this; they not only have complete lack of humanity towards women and I mean, educated, advanced in years, erudite, talented men who have everything, or nothing, they are all the same, they not only have a pathological level of lack of humanity, they are simply incompetent.

No man is capable of mastering himself, in order to share intimacy, love or companionship of any kind. Men basically only love small children. Their progeny. Men are not only amoral, they are slow. They remain monsters and never masters.

Personally, I didn't believe in relationship eight years ago. I most certainly do not now. The rite of passage is empowerment, temporary sex and temporary companionship and being dragged through a hedge backwards, in the face of dire lack of humanity, to ridiculous levels. An attractive package, for real.

Incompetent monsters who have no capability of self mastery because they are too slow, too cruel and too stupid. Relationship is a non entity. To be born woman is to make that journey and find out the truth. Men are too slow. They will never catch up. No wonder they hate us. They should.

We are too fast, too humane, too sexual, too powerful, too intelligent and too (truly) moral, with a vast spirituality of being that they cannot even fathom. Just because men won the world a long time ago and destroyed women, that means nothing. This is the age of woman. Woman is back and men have to be left at the wayside. They deserve no less. They are just less. We cannot take responsibility for that anymore. We have to grieve and then walk away.

There is no such thing as relationship. There is no such thing as relations with a man. They just have no competency for it. They are dead. We have the ability to live. We do. And doing it alone, means faster, better and more joy. Be a lone lamb wolf. It's so much more fun. Grief being the requisite of real fun. So what. Better than being abused forever, under the guise of love. Men are monsters. They can never be masters.

They don't give a shit about us. Whether they say it or not, and they don't for obvious reasons, they will not tolerate vocation or career. They just don't care and don't care that they don't care. They are stupid monsters and I have never seen anything different in 50 years.

A man can be with someone who wants to sabotage everything about them. He is welcome to it. A woman does it once (the rite of passage, however long it takes) and then is done. The world is a lie. Men do not give a shit about women. They think we are whores and servants. No change then. They can go fuck themselves. I want my mind. I want my personality. I want myself. And so do most people around me. They give a shit. They are not men.

The relief of a new stage of life. I now know men. Give me everything else but men. They are worth shit. Incompetent monsters of nothing. Give me my life. I am done. The force of darkness (Commodus in Ridley Scott's Gladiator) is men. They can live in it. It's for them. Let them live in it alone. It's what they really want.

We can use the darkness. We are masters and capable of mastery. They can never use the light. They cannot even enter it. And that is why men hate women. They can't do it. They are not worthy. They are not capable. They are nothing. Their world is dead.

To trust your soul is to have courage. The courage to ‘get out of the way’. It takes a commitment to courage, a changing of the very matter of one’s access to courage, one’s relationship with courage and becoming the total renegade of an individual you have to, to become soul. It is that rare. ‘Getting out of the way’ takes a commitment to love and loving and being of love, no matter what. And frankly, that means redefining what love is, EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. Finding out what love really is and getting rid of the bullshit we think it is. Love. Soul. Power. It takes courage to be soul. Courage, courage and courage. The rest is easy. Soul is soul. Finally it is an absolute relief to get out of the way. The life of soul may be hair raising, treacherous and mind numbingly arduous. But it is a life of no regrets. Courage. The key to soul. Just give it a go. Wear that hat, say what’s on your mind, dream your dreams again, dream your dreams at all and just smile through the hate. Including one’s doubt. Courage. ‘Kill’ when you have to, especially yourself, and smile the rest of the time and cry when you need to. Always cry. Earth is a battlefield and crying is the way to win. Soul is a way of life. The natural way. Courage is ‘all’ it takes. We learnt the rules, only so we could break them. The rest is the art of life. Creation. Creating oneself again and again and again. Soul. The only way of life worth anything. Otherwise, we are just waiting to die. We don’t need to. We can live. It’s called soul.

Self esteem. True, authentic, self knowing, self esteem. The one that includes the sex, the primal, the primitive, the animal, the real. The one that includes humanity and a state of unconditional love. Non needing, non greedy, non controlling, non afraid, non negative and non inhumane and non angry. Self esteem. What ego really is, in its true essence. The physical vehicle of self esteem. The physical vehicle of action, reaction, mastery, ‘misstery’, love and war, tenderness and sexuality. Humanity and human. The beautiful, crafted, styled, educated, aware, sincere, active, visceral, sexual, super sexual, heart led, sensitive, humane, courageous and ethical, hopeful ego. The instinct. The intuition. The magic. The primal. The whole. The whole Soul.

The Harvest

Amera Ziganii Rao is a former hard news journalist who is now turning professional with her art forms and indeed, her healing forms, after a long journey of inner searching, self teaching and exploring many layers and areas of both craft and wisdom.
