Financial Whoremongering. Deliberate Cruelty. Amera Ziganii Rao
Financial Whoremongering the world over. In all its ways and all its methods. Don’t be fooled by extremes. Men of this kind can be very wealthy and can be very poor too. It’s not the amount of money they have, it’s the attitude over it. ‘Letting’ a woman work part time and taking all her money. Pimping under legal tenure. Telling a woman to go out to work alongside children and housework, so she can spend most of the housekeeping money from her own pocket. Greed and selfishness under legal tenure. Only wanting to be with a woman who earns a lot so he can keep his money to himself while he takes hers. Selfish, greedy pseudo liberated arseholes. Direct financial whoremongering, caging her and not letting her do anything. Leaving a woman because she is not just creating as a hobby but is working on a vocation, so he won't be able to abuse and control her. The most disgusting kind of man there is. Don't be fooled into thinking it is just one kind of method. It’s all the same thing. Men of cruelty and money. The whole world over. Financial whoremongers. The proof is in the statistics. It is endemic, institutional and the most accepted thing on Earth. And it has to stop. Being abused is no longer worth it. They are not worth it.
It is in the workplace, in friendships, in the family home, everywhere. Men of this kind will not share power because they do not want to share the money. What sociologists and psychologists refer to most I think when they talk of womb envy.
Which means that having children with men, being with men, being their unpaid domestic slaves or trophies is a direct ticket to abuse. It's in the statistics. And the only way it will stop is to have the children without them, not be with them and learn how to earn money ourselves even if it means going independent, as so many women across the world are doing now. Other peoples are doing it, and it is ten times as hard for us, because we love men. And it means being totally alone. It is not just retiring into a particular people and being economically separatist. It means going it totally alone without the 'love'. No one knows that more than me. And then it finally dawns that it was all an illusion. There was never any love. The cruel do not love. The only way for fascism to stop is to stop it. It took me years but I finally get it. Financial whoremongering. Fascism by cockless, Godless 'men'.

I come from the filthiest men on the planet. Polite wife beaters. Sadists, backed by institutional and financial power. 'Men' who make you feel like a whore for every penny you spend of theirs. They are the filthiest, most evil men on the planet, because they beat you with 'love' and 'generosity' while everything is conditional and dependent on what you give them. Whoremongers. That's what I come from.

"One always hates what one wrongs". Thomas Becket to Henry ll in the film version of Jean Anouilh's Becket. (12 Oscar nominations. 1964). One always hates what one wrongs and misogyny is hatred of women. 'Nuff said. Families hate daughters for the same reason. Racism is based on hatred and so is any lack of compassion. Funny that. A generic truth and a specific truth. One always hates what one wrongs. That's the thing about being unconscious. Is it really unconscious? Really? I don't think so. People may become conscious, but people never really change. A bastard and a bitch will always be that. A person of entrenched coercive power never really loses that, even in soul. I believed that would happen. Legend would have it, for instance, Roland Joffe's The Mission (7 Oscar nominations. 1986). But now I see differently. You cannot ignore life's lessons. First Existence is First Existence. Most people don't make it. Not in this lifetime. Becket is a fantastic study of corruption and coercive rule and the one person who will not live by it. Becket was a fellow twat with Henry ll before being made Archbishop of Canterbury and finding his soul. Henry ll finally has him killed for daring to disobey him. But even as a twat, Becket was a kind one. When he becomes soul, he exacerbates what he already was. People therefore never really change. Once a financial or Tribe or family whoremonger, male or female, always a financial or Tribe or family whoremonger. My life and the life of anyone leading the fight for freedom always has to teach discernment. People may mellow, people may even purify a little, but people never really change. Once a whoremonger, always a whoremonger. Once cruel, always cruel. Warriors have to know very clearly who can heal and who cannot. I learnt the hard way and maybe that is the only way. But once those lessons are learnt, they are never forgotten. Cruel people never change. Forgiveness and discernment are two very different things. That is the job of a lightworker warrior.

As Blanche Dubois says in Tennessee Williams' A Streetcar Named Desire, the one unforgivable thing is deliberate cruelty. Whoremongering is deliberate, institutional cruelty. Fascism. Unforgivable and unredeemable. The right to discern belongs to warriors. Forgiveness is not a duty. It is a feeling. And it is a blessing one bestows if it is applicable. An intuition and a decision based on humanity. Deliberate cruelty does not fall into that remit. It shouldn't and it needn't and any light warrior who takes the lesson of forgiveness and applies it willy nilly, does themselves a disservice. That is not how it is meant. Wisdom and obligation are two different things. A pure heart and a purified heart means one has the right to decide what and who to forgive and what that means and what to do with it. Or not. Deliberate, institutional, long term, intransigent cruelty is not forgivable. Nor should it be. 'They will answer to their Maker', goes the saying. That is not our job. Our job is to face the truth and run.

Amera Ziganii Rao is a philosophical writer, essayist, social commentator, prose writer, dramatist and photographer artist as well as a consciousness explorer, self actualiser and emotional healer. She is a former hard news journalist who is now turning professional with her art forms and indeed, her healing forms, after a long journey of inner searching, self teaching and exploring many layers and areas of both craft and wisdom. She is now working on her first book of philosophy and esoteric thought, and social and cultural commentary. She is also showing her first photography collections.
