Writings :: The Lost Knowledge. Amera Ziganii Rao
His imagination, his emotions, his sexuality, his sex, his sensuality. The lost knowledge that the more virile or macho he is, the less confident he is in those areas, the less able to communicate his desires and the less able he feels to tell a woman what he wants. His vulnerabilities, so hidden by a hard exterior, taught to him by unsympathetic, unknowing women and harsh, ignorant men. Blocked from his creativity and his feelings, he yearns to express but is so afraid. And she, completely ignorant of all of this, has been silenced by the same people.
She focuses instead on the coercion and passive aggression and bullying a man can employ. She can't look past why those things are, in the first place. She cannot see that a man learns to demand instead, because it seems he is so afraid he will not get it. The care he wants, the help he needs, the love he seeks. And she, let's face it, is so wrapped up in the envy of the world. The fact that she is the outsider who is trying to fend for herself, because there is no man who wants to love her, boss or lover, friend or foe. Men seem to hate her while they want to fuck her, and she cannot fathom why.
The Lost Knowledge, broken by centuries of patriarchal rule and stupidity, that shunned Snake Woman Eve for the womb carrying slave of no sexuality. That created resentful mothers who denied their sons and hated their daughters, once the yoke of domestication meant the girls were free to choose, so they wouldn't just get a son in law in the family, to look after them.
Not knowing that choice comes at a price. Girls just learn to hate earlier, give less and lose all their self esteem. They battle without the penis. They suffer without their wombs. And all the while, after such a long and weary wilderness of confusion, they find out that it has all been back to front. Yes, they learn to run free, yes they learn to think for themselves, priceless privileges that these turn out to be. But they have nothing else. No love, no lover and no family.
Then, finally, it is the lost knowledge that comes back and shows them that to want to love has not been nearly enough. Now, they have to know the exact how and why and wherefore of what loving a man truly is. They have to ignore their mothers, shun their sisters and bury their heads in themselves. And listen. Learn from scratch, how to be a mother, not to children, but to him. To be a friend, not to their friends, not to the ones who can talk easily, but to him. To reach into the very depths of his silence and find out that he is not anything she thought him to be.
She finds out that he is a hundred times more fearful than her. And that his need is geniune and real. He yearns for her to be the sacred, the sexual, the sensual, the carer, the emotional nurse, the kind sister, the understanding communicator. To show him the way and to help him forever. And not only does she have to learn this all by herself, from the annals of sacred history, she has to battle his external hardness too. Break through the barriers of father and uncle and brother and even mother. And especially the sisters and all the girlfriends he has ever had.
She has to lead, she has to work, she has to teach, she has to battle. And all the while, her beautiful, mean Darcy is suffering. She gets carried away by his external power and does not realise for one moment, that he is crying inside. She has been taught he is strong and capable and a healer too. The lies of the patriarchal tribe, to what ends, who the hell knows?
The legacy of the high priestess and goddess murderers who have destroyed the world. The reptiles, men of no heart, the evil that pervades throughout this earth. Where mothers and women have been reduced to nothing and is turns out that the boys suffer the most.
The knowledge returns and love begins to exist. And for her, the peace that starts, tells her she is finally doing something right. She has given up the male external power she did not even really want. She has taken the path to inner power and gained all the power in the world just through that. She is feminised, beautiful, compliant and strong. She picks her battles, endures the clearing of both their souls and carries her family with pleasure.
Quietly and firmly and with an rock hard, inner conviction, she turns to friends who help her in any way they can. She learnt for so long how to be a man and now she becomes a woman. She shouts and curses and wails with the agony. But she endures and perserveres and makes it through to the end.

In the meantime, please enjoy this website. I have included many of the subjects I am covering, areas of experience and insight that I will be exploring to the fullest in my book, the courses and all the other work that is to come as a dramatist, novelist and essayist. I also of course, include many of the wise people on this planet, who have come long before me; authors, screen dramatists, playwrights, film makers, artists, and other enlighteners and grand carriers of the wisdom I have found the most helpful on my journey, to find peace and become enlightened. The seemingly impossible journey, in the face of oneself and one’s circumstances. People who have contributed massively to my healing on this mad journey called life. People who have helped to make me as good a carrier of wisdom as I in turn, can be. Thank you. Amera Ziganii Rao © 2011
